Description of Services
Crowley, White & Helmer, Inc. is in its 23rd year of operation. Most of our clients to date are part of Minnesota's human service, educational, and health delivery systems. Our fundraising projects have ranged from relatively small individual gifts drives to extensive program and capital campaigns.
The capital campaign goal amounts have ranged from $1-11 million. In virtually all instances, Crowley, White & Helmer, Inc. has developed comprehensive plans not only to reach the client's dollar goal, but also to create or strengthen long-term relationships between the client and donors, in order to help solidify the client's financial future.
We offer the following services:
- Identifying and researching potential contributors.
- Organizing and guiding the client through a series of exploratory meetings with selected potential contributors to determine the organization's present capacity to launch a major fundraising campaign.
- Developing a thorough fundraising strategy designed around the specific nature and scope of the client's fundraising needs.
- Long range financial and program planning in conjunction with the client's board and staff.
- Clear, comprehensive, and effective proposal writing.
- Participating in the design of a campaign publication and other materials that are part of an effective fundraising process.
- Coordinating all aspects of the fundraising campaign.
All of our primary consultants have been staff and board members of nonprofits and understand the time and resource limitations of small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations. With those in mind, we design our contractual services to produce tangible materials and activities, rather than simply provide periodic advice.
We have found through client-based evaluations and records of funding results that:
- All clients interviewed found the firm's services to be very good to excellent.
- Virtually all clients were successful in almost reaching, reaching, or exceeding fundraising goals.
- Virtually all clients served have developed new and stronger relationships with the philanthropic community that solidify their future financial position and ensure continued service to their communities.
